How many cups of water should I drink on a detox day?

I used to drink like 10-12, but be sure you don’t feel like throwing up, because that means you had too much water :)

I have swim party coming up in a month with my entire senior class and would like to lose ten pounds! Any advice or exercises would be greatly appreciated!!!

Alot of cardio ! It’s the best ! Keep yourself active as much as you can ! Bike riding, tennis, running, walking, Zumba anything that keeps you moving :)

Where i currently am has a lot of hills so great for me to push my self in running/biking. How much time a day should I run/bike? Btw I do both a day :)

Can you give me some information about detox? And what exercices should I do in the detox period?

I used to do detox once a week. Only water for one day and i felt really good ! The doctors even recommend it because your body can flush all the toxins, your diggestive system can take a break and your colon is cleaner. I never did any exercises that day :)

Do you have some tips to train your ass?

Squats, you could use the stairs instead of the elevator, bike riding and running :)

I lost 5kg in about 2 weeks by exercising everyday for an hour and half, drinking lots of water and eating clean, I did Zumba, 3 meals a day salads, cereals, milk, yoghurt, pasta sometimes, but in small portions :)

Have you heard of the vegan diet "raw till 4" ?? If yes, then what is your opinion about it? :)

Is exercising late at night (like 22:00 - 23:00 ) "unhealthy"? Or does it the same job as exercising in the day light?

I mostly exercise about 4-5 pm, never tried to exercise that late. I think it’s ok, but sooner will be better because after your workout your body has time to burn more calories and if you go to sleep right away it may not have the same effect. If you guys know something else please feel free to tell me :)
